The more the merrier, IMO. I know, know, health care costs and all that (and believe me, I know all about it!), but really aren't there bigger issues, say the Occupation of Iraq?

This post prompted by the latest online Zogby poll queries:
Do you agree or disagree that states should issue driver licenses without requiring proof of legal residency, such as a valid Social Security card, to make it easier for undocumented immigrants to obtain driver licenses and car insurance?
How supportive would you be of a policy that would allow states to issue a second type of driver license for those who cannot provide proof of residency, which would allow them to drive legally but would not serve as valid state identification?
What should be done about aliens who try to cross at a border check-point and then are identified as being ineligible to enter the United States because of a criminal past in their country of origin or from a previous U.S. visit?
What should the U.S. government do to anyone who attempts to enter this country without proper documentation from a country that the U.S. has identified as a state-sponsor of terrorism?
What should the U.S. government do to 632,000 criminal aliens in this country who have been adjudicated, tried and convicted of a felony by a state or federal court or convicted of a felony in another country or fleeing a felony warrant?
Which of the following groups should be ineligible for U.S. citizenship?
Aliens guilty of one misdemeanor
Aliens with more than three misdemeanors
Any alien who has plea bargained a felony to a misdemeanor
Only those aliens who have committed a felony
All criminal aliens regardless of whether they've committed a felony or a misdemeanor
Other/not sure

Catch and release them
Deport them
Prosecute them to the fullest extent of our federal law
