Ok, so the headline may not make much sense....
At any rate, do you that 'someone' in your life who is always trying to get you to live your life their way by the (sometimes subtle) asking you why you are doing this, why not that, why did you buy x, why, why, why?
I can see it once in awhile, but I know some people who spend most the time you talk with them telling you how to live and being judgmental. There must be something wrong with you because you are not doing things they way they would have.
Like when you call a close relative and tell em you bought a bird - "What, you don't need a bird, why would you buy something like that? They are messy and dirty, and you know they chirp all night long. You already have two dogs that don't behave...." and so on.
It irks me especially because most these people are family - and yet I am never telling them things like this (either direct family or in-laws). And it is like this all the damned time, drives me nuts.
Which leads me over to bush and crew, and the rw nutjobs (and some on the left I am sure).
The rw seems to think we are incapable of making decisions in our own best interest. In fact, they take it a step further and make us all suspects and want to watch and report on everything we buy/do/say because we are suck screw ups.
And then they have the gall to tell us we aren't patriots when we bounce back the same questions to them. Report on what they are doing? Nope, classified, sorry. Watch what they buy? Sorry, that part of the budget is not open for you to see.
They see us the potential terrorists who might kill a few folks, while they are killing thousands upon thousands directly through war and even more than that via collateral damage at home by cutting health care funding, aid to the poor, etc and so on.
So now, when people start asking me why over stupid shit I have decided to give them the same answer every time, just to freak em out:
"Why did you X...."
"Because Jesus told me if I didn't then you would go to hell and have to spend eternity with a clone of yourself - and there is no way I would subject you to that."
