Can somebody please explain why I just received this email

In 36 years, Hillary and I have shared a lot of birthdays, and each year I'm amazed at everything she has accomplished. I am on DCCC's mailing list, most definitely not on Hillary's? Will the DCCC send similar messages for the other candidates' birthdays? IMHO --> DISGUSTING!

they're using the DCCC to promote Hillary Clinton and serve a second purpose by having the Big Dog help them raise money for DCCC.

That's not how DCCC should be spending its money.
