My Valentine Fantasy -

So, today I have this fantasy that someone in Washington DC, some official person, someone who can speak with the Thief-In-Chief, maybe a Senator someone or Congressman someone, you know the kind of someone I am thinking of. Anyway, I secretly wish and hope that this someone might say something like this to that lying liar aka *

"Mr. _ _ _ _, it's like this you could choose to wage war with Iraq HOWEVER if that is your choice than you need to know that we already have what we need to begin impeachment proceedings and it is very unlikely that you would be able to continue as pRESIDENT for much longer. Of course, that would mean that you won't be able to finish your term and that you will have (yet another) permanent blemish on your record but if you insist that you must wage another war elsewhere then..."

You know, something like that, something official and something ace-up-the-sleeve-ish. Maybe someone would even mention that Jefferson procedure for the DIY impeachment. Anything like that would be really, really great! I want someone to call his bluff - BEFORE he does SOMETHING ELSE STUPID! Before he AGAIN lets his mouth overload his ass and starts more ____ than he can back up.

Well, there you have it, my Valentine fantasy for 2007. Not very romantic but very satisfying.

2. I think Bush would LOVE to be impeached - he's always been a

quitter and he wants nothing more than to quit right now. You can see it in his body language. If he were impeached then no matter how things turned out he could say "See, I was right" if it turned out good, and "See, if they would have let me finish my job I could have fixed that" if it turned out bad. Been doing that all his sorry life.
