FNC VP Talks About Network's Critics

FNC's VP and Washington bureau chief Brian Wilson spoke to a group of journalism students at Texas Tech last night.
Wilson talked about the criticism often leveled at Fox News. Maggie Kiely of The Daily Toreador writes:

"Wilson said he believes the reason Fox often receives criticism for being biased is because of the opinions of Fox hosts like Bill O'Reilly. 'Bill O'Reilly is not a journalist; it is an opinion-based program,' he said. 'I think we get unfairly smeared because of Bill O'Reilly, and it has a huge following. I don't agree with half of what he says, but that is what characterizes Fox News."

The chickie women weighed down by 5 lbs of lip gloss, and breathless from the strangling bustiers and that tight red uniform dress..and the see through glass tables (all the better to see up your dress, dearie)..and the pallets of hair gel & blonde bleach...and those high heels

they aimed for the lowlife, mouth-breathing bible thumpers and they Got em..

Although I'm interested to know why he singled our falafel-head as their poster boy and not Dobbs, Malkin, Hannity, and the pretty much the rest of their slanted hate merchants.

I would have actually put Gibson on the top of the "shithead that makes us look bad" list, but that's just me...

7. Roger Ailes had nothing to do with it.
The turd practically was Reagan's codpiece, er, mouthpiece -- back in the day.

8. Gee, that's a shame
Maybe you should can O'Liely. If you are still called biased, then you should can Gibson. After you've fired all of your talking heads and the label biased is still attached to your name, you should stop freaking pretending to be reporting the news and close up shop and crawl back under the rock that you came from.

This has been a public service announcement from zola. :smoke:

9. I see... so it's not Fox News that's biased
it's just the content of their shows. Makes sense.

11. Hang on, this is a red-letter day. Someone at Fox finally told the truth about something.
"Bill O'Reilly is not a journalist."

Agreed! :toast:
