Save your old low def TV for the chimp's last press conference, and throw rotten
vegetables at it until it breaks. Ok, wait until you've got your new high def TV fired up and then take the old one that will be totally obsolete and set it up in the driveway. Get a few folding chairs for your friends, pop open a few cold ones and let the food fly. Personally, I'm thinking bologna. I'd like to see the asshat covered in bologna.

That would be a fitting end to the chimp's rule.

So, what will you throw at yours?

1. When does that take effect?
And I wonder what all the low income people are going to do when they don't have access to television.
Wait a minute...there was a book that talked about this...1984.

2. What are all the advertisers going to do?
How much will they lose by only having a high end market seeing their ads?

Me, I can't afford high def. And I don't know why anyone should have the right to force me to buy it.

4. Rotten veggies? Are you nuts?
I got two dogs and three cats in the house. I do believe I can find something more fitting than fuzzy melting tomatos to lob at dumbya's face. Greta will most likely make me set up in the garage, however!

5. Anyone remember the intro to the old SCTV series?
It had people throwing sets out the window. Ok -100 for safety issues. But +100,000,000 for wicked political statement.

6. When Ray-gun was playing the President,
My roomies and I built a chicken wire cage around the teevee and threw shit at it whenever he was on. Mostly beer cans.
