To the Red Sox: I don't like you very much.
But by God, you've got a fantastic team. You've got a great core of superstars, a wealth of exciting young players, and plenty of gritty veterans for seasoning. You've got a smart GM, and a solid manager. And by God if you weren't the best team in baseball all year. You deserved this one. Seriously, Congratulations.

You earned it, and I wouldn't at all be shocked if you guys earn next year's too.
