I don't want to imagine the devastation in the
Dominican Republic and Haiti. One town was evacuated in Haiti and there are massive landslides in DR. This is Mitch without the Cat5 wind and it is moving at 5mph.

It hasn't stopped raining here since yesterday and Noel is 400 miles away from out east coast. Stay safe Caribbean people. I expect massive loss of life from this one.

1. Some of these late season storms seem to have huge damage
