21. My Uncle through marriage

is still a W supporter. He is a govt employee, who recieved a substantial raise when W was appointed to office, and is former military. IMO, he votes for repubs beacause he likes their limitless spending on the military and views the Dems as very weak militarily.
He is educated, but will not listen to or believe any facts prestented against the repub party. All of his siblings have pretty much the same thought process. Their father was a lifelong Dem and couldn't understand where he went wrong, politically, with his children.
