Missouri guv forms "Task Force" on how abortion harms women. WTF?
This country is collapsing faster by the day. What a sham. How can even a GOP dung like Blunt call this a "Task Force?" Where is the outrage in the Show Me state? I feel it here, and I have visited Missouri once. And the illiterate headline just solidifies the absurdity of this assault on women:

Blunt task force examining abortion affects on women

The Governor's Task Force on the Impact of Abortion on Women convened last week in Blunt's Capitol office without any of the publicity and promotion that usually accompanies groups on gubernatorial missions.

Its members - all opposed to abortion - were recruited not directly by Blunt's staff, but rather by a pair of anti-abortion activists.

"This is a very informal group of good people who believe in advancing the cause of life and believe that we should minimize the impact of abortion on society," Blunt said when asked about his new task force during a Capitol news conference called for a different purpose.

Lest there be any confusion: The effect of abortion is not a wide-open question to Blunt. There's no likelihood, for example, that his new task force will conclude abortion is positive. . .

1. I don't understand why Women get so upset about Men telling them ...
...what to do.
We men don't mind when a Woman tells us what to do.

19. my friend's best friend lived and taught in Hannibal for years and
she said you never scheduled teacher conferences on Wednesday because it conflicted with some parent's Klan meetings. Nuff said?

physically, mentally and emotionally

6. The assumption is that it effects them only negatively
and that forced pregnancy effects them positively, I imagine.

It seems obvious they aren't going into it with open minds.

9. Hey, I want a task force on castration. Neuter Republican males, I say!
Their insecurity about their balls is just getting them into massive trouble in the Middle East anyway. Cut'm off and let decent people live in peace.

the war between the Peni and the Vags rages on. The Peni (like Blunt) have this thing about Vags - they fight like hell to get out of there at birth, then spend the rest of their lives trying not only to get back in, but to take ownership as well. The Vags are always on the defensive to keep their land - squatters are certainly welcome, by invitation only but they refuse to give up their real estate.

21. He's pandering to his base
This is all he's got, they've used the same sex marriage amendment in 04 to get the jesus voters fired up and out to the polls. Even they are disillusioned at the incompetence baby blunt has shown, I highly doubt they'll turn out again. Jay Nixon is going to trounce this fool, this just reeks of desperation and flop sweat.
