Tropical Storm Noel heading for Florida


..Noel near eastern Cuba...tropical storm watch may be required for
Southeast Florida later tonight....


a Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for portions of central and
southeastern Cuba in the provinces of Camaguey...Las Tunas...
Holguin...and Guantanamo.

A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the central and
southeastern Bahamas...including the Turks and Caicos Islands.

A tropical storm watch is in effect for the northwestern Bahamas. A
tropical storm watch means that tropical storm conditions are
possible within the watch area within the next 36 hours.


A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the Northern
Peninsula of Haiti from the northern Haiti-Dominican
Republic border to gonaives.


Interests in southern Florida should monitor the progress of Noel.
A tropical storm watch may be required for Southeast Florida
later tonight.

4. Hope they're as wrong as they were before
They said it would have turned way north yesterday when it was moving NNW. Now it's tracking WNW. I hope the Carolinas get some much needed water.

7. There's a slow moving front
going over Florida that's expected to cause the NE turn by Noel. When that happen's depends on the speeds of the two systems. Hopefully Florida gets some much needed rain.

8. Noel expected to become a Cat1 hurricane within 36 hours
moving west now expected to turn north at some point.
