I like both Obama and Clinton, I think they are strong leaders. however, both want to continue Bush's idea of permanantly keeping some troops in bases across Iraq, and neither one will come right out and say that Gay Marriage is not wrong and should be legal. I dont care about slip ups or personality quirks or the media inspired 'bitch' factor, I care about those two things, as well as not being as supportive of Universal Healthcare as I think they should be. However, I will vote for whomever the Dem nominee is this year, as any of them are better then the best of the Repug canidates.

I also think Hillary will lose the main election if she is chosen. People just hate her, be it warranted or not (not) I just dont think she can beat the repug canidate. I think we have a better chance of electing the first black/hispanic/elf president then we do a woman president, not because the country isnt ready for a woman (although some arent, sad) they just dont seem ready for Hillary.

If Gore runs he will win. Period. If Kucinich gets the nomination I think he will win, easily. Edwards? Probably a closer race, but I feel pretty certain he would win the general as well.

1. How about someone tries getting angry at the voters.

"I AM for wages equity. And if you don't like that, go ahead and vote to have your social security gutted. 75 cents on the dollar and falling."
"I AM for ending corporate featherbedding. And if you don't like that, well I don't wan't your campaign contributions."
"I AM for universal health care. And if that bothers you, keep paying twice as much for half the service."

"I AM for..." - Take the affirmative position. Force the opponent to explain why he is against something positive.

"And if you don't like..." - Don't shy away from calling an idiot an idiot. You won't win him over anyway, (Never argue with an idiot. He'll drag you down to his level and trounce you with experience.) so why worry about alienating him? And insulting those with enough intelligence to recognise the truth of what they're getting in exchange, should at least keep them away from the polls even if they won't come across.
