An often-used Lincoln "quote" was fabricated by Insight Magazine:

Do you see a pattern here? Insight Magazine -- which is owned by the Unification Church (Moonies) -- is the same outfit that made up the "Obama madrassa" story. And, as with that story, the right simply picked up the Moonie propaganda and repeated it, without checking it out.

Why does the right wing have so much faith in a Moonie publication?
