Clinton/Obama vs. Guliani/McCain.

McCain won't settle for #2.

Clinton-Obama is a real possibility, though. Obama is young enough that a VP gig could really launch him.

That by the time the primaries start, the MSM will have winnowed the field and for all practical purposes the candidates will have already been selected.
