In the latter half of Part 2, Simpson goes a bit into Operation Sunrise, the secret negotiations between the US and Germans to team up against the Soviet Union near the end of the war. There's a more recent show on this chapter of WWII that covers how the Operation Sunrise negotiations (which Allen Dulles was involved in) helped thwart the efforts of Operation Safehaven, the program designed to stop the Nazis from taking their war booty and themselves underground (which has has a profound impact on the current state of the world).
