All you have to do is look at the legislation he's authored: The Habeas Restoration Act, The War Profiteering Prevention Act, The legislation banning the U.S from selling cluster bombs to Israel, and much more. Not to mention, the 34 investigative hearings he's held, the vast majority of his votes, and his speaking out against the admin.
