I think yesterday I thought by far the best speaker -
From Mass went up to talk and I think delivered the best "speech".

He went up, said I don't have prepared remarks - but he looked straight at the gop leaderships and said "If you guys had your way we'd be still in Viet Nam" - to that effect. He was just withering, brutal, sarcastic.

I don't think I can do the man justice - it was really something. I had to say it.

3. I wish I remembered. I was just half listening at first.
I was hoping someone else remembered. I think he was the only one yesterday that didn't go up with a prepared speech. When I heard that it really caught my attention - and then he really let go - my jaw hit the floor.

I know he is from Mass.

5. Maybe he had "C" in his name -
He was in his 50s grey and balding. Medium to stocky build.
I know I just described most of congress.
But I will recognize him if I see him - the guy really is great.

10. I am deeply "shocked and awed" at the consistent
ability of people here.

Thank you NYCALIZ -

I'll remember that name - this guy is really good.

I am sorry - if you do read this Mr "C for the graying comment - only at the edges, and you look great. Many of us wish we kept as much hair as you managed to!!

Thanks so much for this. It was a pleasure listening again without distraction.
