Tim Ryan video- We have tried a 'surge' three times before

Rep Ryan makes a great point on the house floor, that I didnt even realize..

He details the dates and troop numbers for THREE different times we have tried a 'surge', they were all a failure and each time the attacks went UP, and the last time the daily attacks increased by 80%

They werent kidding that this is nothing but sending our troops into *Bush's meat grinder.

Remind me again.. what do you call someone who does the same thing over and over and expects a different result?

How could any congressman support doing it again when it is clearly going to fail?
