6. In '03 she was on the intelligence committee. In 2003 she had JUST become the chair

she was on the job as ranking member only a few weeks when briefed. It was highly classified. She had to take an oath to keep it secret. She sent a letter with concerns and one of her concerns in the letter was that interrogation tapes NOT BE DESTROYED. She has asked for her letter to be declassified. This may be a crime. She's absolutely certain Congress should have been told they were going to destroy the tapes and Congress would have fought it.(yeah, right :eyes:) The Democratic Majority will get to the truth. uh...huh....whatever. :eyes:

What ground does the CIA stand on?.....Rodriguez says he had the authority to destroy the tapes. Harman says he more than likely did it from orders above.
