Is "Lawyer of the Year" akin to Time's "Man/Person of the Year"

in that it can apply to both famous and infamous people?

hell, even Hitler made Time's list.

this inquiry is in relation to Scumbag Gonzales being named lawyer of the year recently.......

1. My addled mind seems to remember

a recent article I read about that "award." The criteria for the award is for the lawyer who is in the news the most, per the organization, (If I am remembering correctly.) I will be your guide to clarity in posts for the rest of the afternoon.
