No more higher ground for us anymore. There's stories strewn throughout history of people just like dick and w. I say lets not let what happened to those countries happen to our country, lets use this to strengthen our Constitution, our government. For instance we badly need an ammendment for a way for us to vote no confidence for our executive branch. because of the amount of power instilled in only two men should they be singled out from the other two branches, the other 535 people.

Well, maybe I'm being hyperbolic*, but this is a big mess right now and we need all citizenry right now to be as engaged as much as their energies will allow to apply some checks and balances, as all three branches of our government are too corrupted to do it!

And I'm being hypocritical here, most of my protesting consists of skimming DU. But I do go talk to my congressman when he's around having town hall meetings.

Maybe I should write more letters and finally get that donation out to Kucinich?
