It was Idiocracy.

It scares me. Really does.

1. Oh man!
Before I clicked on your link I KNEW you were going to say "Idiocracy!!" :wow:

It's scary because it will likely come true some day, unless we destroy the entire planet before then.

3. I know, I am 59. My generation did the IC, Microprocessor, trip to the moon, God know what else.
The next generations could not get a probe to Mars without a divide by zero error. My generation still has the Voyagers clicking along with less CPU power than a watch. When I was growing up, I wanted to be a scientist or such. Now the kids want to be a sports figure or someone with an IQ of 50 or so.

It has already happened.

5. Well
I'm a bit younger than you. I gave up on professional sports many years ago, and commercial tv (I like Animal Planet and a few new shows on the History Channel like, "The Universe"). Some of us are taking the next step with the technology of your time, combined with the advancements of today, by doing scientific research.

2. Relax. It's a comedy.
And a bad one at that. Like opening an oyster with a sledgehammer.
