they really think the Bush Administration is Republic, IMO they are not, they could care less about their so called party! They are using the Republican party just as they used the Religious right for their vote and their ability to enable the WH... nothing more.... I wish they would open there eyes...

is how I'm seeing it these days. It's all about what fantasy you're hooked into. I find it disturbingly amusing that both 'sides' play in the same sand-box, neither venturing outside of their alloted 'issue frame'. The arguments are all false. Neither side has a chance, but both see capitulation by a politician as a sign they are winning. When their 'win' comes back to bite them in the ass, they once again target their outrage at the pre-ordained designated recipient, failing to realize the utter futility of their passionate, righteous indignation. The idea that they've been sold a pig in a poke is too incredulous to ponder, so they instead rationalize the drivel spouted by known fabricators, to fit their sensibility just enough to continue the facade.
