3. Operation Phoenix

After the US got out of Vietnam, operation Phoenix entailed US hit teams going into SE Asia to silence certain folks. OR to get certain friendly assets out. This continued for maybe 2 years. Armitage facilitated much of this Op. His soul was sold long ago.

5. I thought he was like Colon Powell and Wilkerson...
most everyone at the State Department avoided the war. It sounded to me like he wasn't being gabby to hurt Plame in Bob Woodward's tape.
