Is that Anna Nicole Smith judge for real?
He sounds like somebody from the Sopranos.

Disclaimer: I'm not watching. Wife has it on in the other room.

11. Is MSNBC for real? Wall-to-wall Anna Nicole????
I couldn't believe when Imus ended this morning with the report of the horrible situation at Walter Reed and when they switched to MSNBC news, the "big news" of the day was Anna Nicole's body and where it might end up. Unfreakingamazing. This would be a good day for Shrub to nuke Iran - MSNBC won't cover it.

16. Well, Court TV explained it. They said the general public
were used to watching murder trials. This is a Probate Court and it is very
common for these type hearings to be informal (no robes) and that the rules
of evidence are looser. But, the judge, when making the decision will take
that into consideration and weigh it accordingly. He might even say, when
he makes the decision, that he did not take into account questionable
evidence, for that reason, to correct the situation.

I thought the same, thinking it was being run totally crazy, until I heard
this explanation.
