and the federalization of the National Guard. It was the loonies in the compounds and the survivalists with their shaved heads dressed all in camo who would take you aside and warn you of those "black helicopters" that would come to attack the American people.
In yesterdays NYT, an article noted that a tiny provision, in October's huge defense bill, has pretty much eliminated posse comitatus, and made us all vulnerable.
