Once upon a time there was a political party
that had a permanent minority status. They decided they wanted to become the majority party, so they went out and courted a lot of crazy people with whom they had very little in common. These crazy people has some very strange notions about things like the shape of the Earth, and they thought the Flintstones cartoons were for real. Well, the people who ran that political party pretended to believe in a flat earth and said they too believed in the Flintstones, so all the crazy people joined them and voted with them. Things went along fine for more than 30 years, but one day the leaders of the party woke up to discover that they were no longer the leaders. The crazy people had taken over.

AND GODDAM IT, HUCKABEE IS GONNA GET THE NOMINATION AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY HAS JUST IMPLODED!

2. I just wrote the same thing... but - he has to win a little more
before the implosion. If he is more than a one-state wonder - HUGE implosion.

4. Hitler started out with 30% of the German people supporting him
Huckabee is still a very dangerous candidate who threatens Democracy as we know it.

5. If huck wins the nomination
I can't believe he could win in a fair election. If he wins it will be proof that our elections are fixed and the people no longer have any say in the matter.
