The war as an issue receding the surge is working some what? Huh? Wouldn't the turn out kinda say the opposite. Pro-war rethugs with a worse turn out than the Dems in a "Red" state! The war, the deficit the lack of domestic spending all linked. So no the war won't go away because the Surge isn't working and when the vote turns national the Dems will tie the domestic issuse, economic issues to the war spending issues.

I thought that was major news.
