1) He doesn't have to win NH or even come in second, the press see this as a Obama/Clinton contest, but he does have to come in a solid or even close third to get some bragging rights.
2) He has a good organization for the caucuses in Nevada on 1/19--he needs to win it or come in a close second.
3) South Carolina on 1/26 is now a must-win for Edwards. He won it in '04 and it's his birth state.
If he does this he will be able to go into Feb 5 primaries with some bragging rights.
