I Need A Short Translation Into Spanish

I would like to put a sign in the back window of my truck. I would like it to read in spanish. I do not want clumsy wording to obscure what I wish to say, please keep that in mind if you offer a translation.

Here is what I want to say:

Don't be invisible, the Democratic Party welcomes you

That's all, how do I say it?

No sigas siendo invisible; el Partido Democrata te invita con los brazos abiertos. (translation: "Don't continue being invisible; the Democratic Party welcomes you with open arms").

Somebody's gotta be first to welcome all these new residents I see around here and nobody else (like the local county Democratic Party) seems to be doing it so I will.
