Hillary
Edwards
Obama
I was undecided until last night. Settled on voting for Hillary in the primaries. The top three are almost in line with much of my beliefs and their records indicate that. For a while I wasn't liking Edwards because I didn't care for how he was running his campaign, but last night changed a lot of my opinions of him. Obama really held his ground very well, but he didn't stand out like he does much of the time. Hillary is a fighter. She's strong and intelligent. I also think she's the best person for the job and has the best chance of winning.
If Hillary doesn't get the nomination I won't feel slighted in the least because I think both Obama and Edwards would make fine presidents as well. I don't have anything bad to say about the other candidates which is why this has been such a tough decision for me. As the charts indicate they all pretty well are similar in their positions on issues. The approaches are different.
One of my wishes is that they take a harder stand against the health insurance industry. Edwards has done that to a degree, but I think all the candidates could do a far better job in that regard. I want them to support gay marriage and push for gays serving openly in the military.
Here is where the graphs came from and it's where I check out the candidates:
