1. Rudy Guiliani - exploiting the worst day in American history for personal gain is the lowest one can go - fear is all he has to sell the American public and I hope they finally got wise to this crap 2. Mike Huckabee - I have little tolerance for religious nutjobs of any faith or nationality and I think believing the world is only 6000 years old should disqualify one from high office 3. Fred Thompson - considering he's the first choice of Freepers, there must be A LOT more for us to dislike about him than just his disengaged nature - although I'll admit to not bothering to dig very deeply into his positions 4. Mitt Romney - Mr Plastic doesn't believe in anything apparently except his own advancement - although there are signs his more moderate positions he took as Mass Gov are closer to his true beliefs 5. John McCain - ever since he disavowed kissing up to the religious right, he's been pretty straightforward - he tore into Romney in an earlier debate on the subject of torture and he's clearly not buying into the "boogeyman du jour", illegal immigrants, much to the base's chagrin 6. Ron Paul - sure, he's nutty - but he's the only Republican strongly opposed to the war in Iraq and the idea of an invasion of Iran, the two things I consider the most important issues facing us (going into Iran will truly get us all killed). As I truly don't expect any Republican to move to overturn Roe v Wade (hell, THIS admin had the chance with the courts and both houses of Congress under Rep control and never tried - you can't kill the goose that lays the golden egg), Paul's social views don't scare me as much as they do some of you all.
