So I'm sending a letter to Air America re: Sam Seder vs. Lionel (comments needed)

As we approach the meat of the primaries, I would prefer some intelligent talk in the mornings with a progressive slant over fart jokes and self important garbage with no substance. I am forced to listen to this guy named Lionel (one name like Cher, Seal, Sting, Jewel...) via AAR on XM. His show is painful to listen to. And to think this guy was the replacement for Sam Seder. Sammy's Sunday Show is hard to catch and the three hours is lacking versus the 15 hours that he regularly broadcasted when he was on daily.

good stuff there.

in regards to petitions, I am tired of them. I am sending letters and email with my xm account numbers to let them know that I am paying for their service and I dont like it. I have contemplated ditching xm for months now, but was only holding out until the merger was finished and we had a choice of channels.

I wish I could get Nova M Radio over the air or satelite. As of now I have to stream it online.

Every shred of anything valuable vanished utterly as if you came across him in an alley mean drunk, which would have been more sympathetic. Still, I wouldn't mind him occasionally on radio if he wasn't displacing a better option, and did some factual research other than scoring off Scarborough Country. He always ends his segments with all arguments sounding authoritative but completely lost up in the air. The
train never arrives at the station.

LIONEL SUCKS. I never listen to him. The last time I did listen was when he spent a freakin' hour talking about ELVIS???? WTF? Another DUer said she heard Lionel say one day that he didn't know what he was doing on AA because he doesn't know if he is Democratic, Republican, Progressive or Libertarian...What?! What the HELL is he doing on AA? He must be CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP....is all I can think of. Sam Seder is BRILLIANT, FUNNY, Provocative and extremely entertaining! PLEASE bring Sam back!

Young Turks are going to web only in just a week. I have no idea what AAR is putting on in Cenk's place, but I'm very worried.
