What if Kucinich supporters actually VOTED for him?
Oh, right. He would win.

But please, continue to allow the mainstream media to influence your vote in the primary, of all places. :eyes:

You see how it happens? "He has no money", "His poll numbers are low", etc etc etc. God forbid you vote for the guy who will stand up for your self interests. You have to vote for someone else because you're afraid of another candidate winning, ALL BECAUSE THE TV TOLD YOU SO.

The majority of America agrees with Mr. Kucinich's stance on almost every single issue. It's the reason he gets all the applause at the debates. But will they vote for him? No. Because Wolf Blitzer says he can't win.

Pathetic.

2. why don't these kucinich supporters say that they support him in polls
Maybe because they don't. Maybe they agree with a lot of what he says, but don't think he's the guy to get things done. Maybe they don't take him seriously because he runs a slipshod campaign that screws up filing deadlines and other simple matters.

22. so are you one of the kucinich supporters that aren't planning to vote for him
Edited on Mon Jan-07-08 09:20 PM by onenote
or tell pollsters that they support him. If I was putting words in anyone's mouth, it was the group that the OP asked about: Kucinich "supporters" that don't indicate through their votes or otherwise that they would vote for him. Are you one of those? If not, I'm not putting words in your mouth. I'm answering the question posed in the OP. Live with it.

3. And you SHOULD vote for him. That's the only way he might get some traction.
There's no way you should knuckle under during the primary -- when you still have a CHOICE. (And by "you" I don't mean "you")

9. A-f*cking-MEN - I'll be voting for him in Texas on March 4
I hope to vote for Edwards in the general, would be very happy with Obama, will be disappointed with Hillary until she takes on Romney in a debate, and then I'll be a rabid pro-Hillary fan.

Those are my thoughts.

Dennis is practically the ideal candidate for me on the issues. I agree with you.

10. You know, the four Kucinich supporters in my Iowa precinct said something similar
as they headed off to join the Obama camp.

Issues are a lot, but they aren't everything. The guy down the street could say what Kucinich says, but that wouldn't make him qualified to be in the white house.

the media builds up Hillary, now Obama. They portray Dennis as the loony UFO watcher. It's pathetic.

15. I not only intend to vote for him...
I've already complained to the local county Democraticic party about WHAT THE HELL is going ON!

I've ordered a street list of my local ward and voter registrations. I truly belive we will loose registrants over what is happening within our party.

Dennis WOULD win, for crying out loud. Imagine that.

From looking at the polls and the results so far, damn near everyone feels the same way.

18. Is it me or have you visited this before.
Get this straight, Americans want a football player for a president. Most people are not secure enough to do the right thing because it is the right thing to do . Many including myself will vote for Kucinich. We have had no support from this board as evidence to the fact that it was OK for Kucinich to be kept out of the debates. Now when a popular, 'beautiful dem' gets ignored by the media all hell breaks loose. How dare the media do this to our candidate. Hey, ya get what ya asked for. But really it does no good to poke a stick at Kucinich, he is the one person who would truly change the course of this country for Americans and for the Constitution. Oh well I hope this wasn't too long for you to read. It is our lose that Dennis has been ignored, believe me. Peace to you and your family, Kim

23. The interesting thing about mind war...
...is that only those who resist suffer.

Only the stubborn, e.g., those who insist that 2 + 2 equals four, who maintain that things exist in a hierarchy of significance, that things can be understood through the application of logic and rational thought..., only these individuals suffer, or even perceive that there is a war.

Welcome to my world.
