2. Um... Edwards voted for Iraq... and NCLB... and the PATRIOT Act.
I don't see much "change" there, unless you consider how often he changes his position.

3. Both Obama and Edwards were in favor of labeling the IRG as a terrorist organization.
Just sayin'. Their "opposition" was misleading, as it centered around minor aspects of the resolution.

4. 2008: The Year of Change
by Paul Hogarth‚ Jan. 08‚ 2008

In 12 months, we will look back at 2008 and say that “change” was the buzzword in American politics. Iowa caucus voters put change above experience, giving Barack Obama a solid victory and John Edwards the second prize. Every presidential candidate now says they are about change – whether or not it’s credible – and it will be the dominant theme in races at the federal, state and local level.

In 2008, candidates who embody change, have a theme about change, and can credibly convince voters that they are genuine agents of change are going to prevail. Those who embody the status quo – or come off as insincere agents of change – will lose.

5. Romney grabs 'change' theme in New Hampshire
Romney grabs 'change' theme in New Hampshire

DERRY, N.H. (AP) - Republican Mitt Romney is casting himself as a change agent, trying to prevent a potentially crippling New Hampshire primary loss.

The former Massachusetts governor is trying to repel rival John McCain and answer Iowa caucus voters who showed they have tired of the status quo in Washington.

In a speech this morning, Romney noted that Iowans voted for Democrat Barack Obama over Hillary Rodham Clinton because they liked his message of changing Washington.

Romney now is highlighting how he has spent much of his life as a change agent :puke: whether as a businessman, Olympics CEO or Massachusetts governor.

6. Exit Poll Shows Change, Values As Deciding Factors
BOSTON -- New Hampshire Democrats went to the polls in seemingly record numbers Tuesday driven by an overwhelming desire for change.

An exit poll conducted for WCVB-TV and TheBostonChannel.com found that 56 percent of voters in the Democratic primary made their decision based on the candidate they best felt could bring about "needed change."

Eighteen percent voted for a candidate because he or she had the right experience and only 7 percent said the "best chance to win in November" was the major factor in their decision.
