3. CNN & MSNBC both say they expect the first early results around 8PM EST.
I suspect it will be quite late before they're all counted. I heard a lot of reports about polling stations having to get special deliveries of paper ballots because they were running out. That means HANF COUNTING. That doesn't happen quickly.
