John Holding Jack Edwards Tonight after the Speech

Watching John hold Jack tonight on stage, I couldn't help but think of http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/nation/2003-11-19-edwards-son_x.htm">Wade, the son the Edwards Family lost.

Thanks to John and Elizabeth for overcoming so much, putting their experience to work for America, and hanging tough. I'm sure Wade was looking down with a smile tonight.

they perspective is much different, so much more realistic. They know life is short and precious and that we must do our best to take advantage of it while we can.

Wade passed on 04.04.96. I sincerely hope that the Edwards Family has a wonderful way to mark his passing this year.
