1. The winner in Iowa and also the winner in New Hampshire have less money than their two best-funded primary opponents and yet you rarely hear "they can't win because they don't have enough cash."

2. The fringe candidate who's running on an anti-war platform enjoys the financial support of his base.

3. One candidate has a populist message, and the MSM reports that as refreshing change of pace from the status quo message.

4. The third place candidate in New Hampshire got 12%, and yet it is not reported as if it were a two-candidate race.

5. The candidate who came in second in New Hampshire is appealing more to the party base than he would if he campaigned on his true ideology, but he's not fooling anyone.
