2. was this the speech she gave last night

I heard it, what struck me was the fact that she was obviously reading it off a card or something? she kept speaking and looking down as if it was written by someone else?. not very enthusiastic either! I saw most of the other candidates speak and they all seemed to be speaking spontaneously but clinton had to read hers? so who`s words / thoughts were they? why not speak from the heart, why a written ( and basic ) speech??
