3. this has been around for about a year.

Before our company was bought out by a new broadband company I used to get them regularly. Now the thing is, and I won't ever do it again. I went to some of the sites and signed up other than DU, crooks and liars, raw story and HuffPuff. I was told they never give out you email. But I was bombarded and I would get you have a postcard every other day. Since we got the new provider, I never even go to any of those political sites with my new email. I went to yahoo, signed up, and guess what, after I went to the sites, I even got porn. You figure....they lie.

4. Any time you receive such a generic message, it's suspect.

If you don't know anybody from that domain name, there's no reason for them to send it to you. I delete a lot of things before even viewing them, and a good scan takes care of everything else. Anyone who was really trying to write to me could send something again.
