Who controls the voting machines?

Who is likely to have to make the most election challenges in November, on a state and local level?

This will come back to bite us if future Dems are afraid to contest elections because they are afraid of the backlash.

I'm not saying in this post that anyone should or should not question the NH primary, I'm saying that we're establishing a dangerous precedent if we tar vote challengers with the brush they've been tarred with today.

Let's remember that there's a REASON many of us have lost faith in the electronic, privately run vote tallying process we have today.

3. yes, we should be supportive of skepticism over vote counting
I don't know one outlet which has studied the matter which has said, stop worrying, there's no problem.
None. They all said "Problems and potential problems." That's not whining. That's rational thought and righteous interrogation.

4. Exactly! My concern was before the primaries ever started...
hoping someone would bring it front and center WELL before the GE - we'll be horsewhipped on the issue once again if we wait until then to get it into mainstream discussion.

5. It sure will inoculate the Republicans...
...should, say, a "curious" vote count give McCain a narrow victory over Hillary in November.
