AAR: Gay Rights - TH and a leader of Christian Home Schooling

If RW-ers want to know why people suspect they are homophobes, riddle me this: Why did this Christian leader of the home-schooling movement find it necessary to say "having sex in the butts of men" in this discussion? There are hundreds of ways he could have said what he needed to say without creating that picture. Why did he choose that one?

Personally, I think the idea turns 'em on. And their knowledge of this subject seems a little more in depth than you would expect to find in the average hetero male.

You know, when/*IF* you don't like something, you don't create images of it voluntarily and you don't share images of what you don't like with others.

You have to ask yourself why he chose that particular phrase when he could have said the same thing, in hundres of other ways, without the pornography.

Normal folks don't think about what other people sexually unless they have somekind of interest in them sexually. Doing otherwise is uncomfortable.

Some of these people are REALLY so transparent. And they wonder why people think they're really self-hating homosexuals.

13. You can probably listen to the interview from the Thom Hartman

archives on Air America Radio this morning. It was in that slot Thom usually uses to talk to the oppo first thing in the show.

Very revealing discussion. Hartman handled him very civilly but he also destroyed him. I prefer my debates to be polite. I worry someday no one will come on TH's show in that timeslot anymore, becasue they know he'll take them apart and he'll run out of people to do that kind of interview with.
