OTC Prilosec dependant? check out purplediscount.com
I thought the "42 doses for $26" price at the walmart was good... not compared to this!

http://purplediscount.com/

Three cheers for cheap Indian-manufactured generic imports!

1. Thanks for the head's up. I just bought my husband a month's
supply last night, so I don't need to order for a couple weeks.

When you get your order, can you p.m. and let me know if they are as effective as the Prilosec brand?

Thanks.

2. There have been a lot of scandals about counterfeit drugs
from India, but I know the Indians are trying to clean all that up. It's still possible that you'll be getting placebos or cheaper H2 blockers like famotidine, cimetidine or ranitidine.

If you can afford to lose the ten bucks, go for it. You can always duck out and get the real thing if you need to. If you need to, you'll know it.

At that price, it's worth a try.

And he seems pretty honest. I am gonna have to order some! I get so pissed buying Prilosec OTC, then I am pissed ripping open the terribly overdone packaging. Each month it is a ritual of tearing open the packaging to extract the pills and put them in a normal pill bottle. It takes like 5 min per box, and I often end up with cuts under my fingernails... argh. But nothing I've ever taken for heartburn has ever worked like it.

Remember in like 2004 they RAN OUT? I bought some on ebay at that time, because I was dying.

I hate being dependent on any medication but I will readily admit, Omeprazole is a miracle for people who suffer from acid reflux or indigestion. Probably killing me in some other way. Pick your poison.

Thanks for the link!

4. I bought Omeprazole from a Mexican pharmacy for years, until they either
got shut down or frightened by the FDA. They just disappeared off the internet.
