Sky new aussie: Cheney's speech in half an hour
Edited on Thu Feb-22-07 05:07 PM by brettdale
Sky new Aussie will have Cheney's speech live in half an hour.

Dick Cheney is in Aussie on a three day visit.

They have just shown shots of protestors, lining the streets of Sydney, there have been ten arrests.

The Police are armed and are using horses to keep back the crowds.

1. Do you have any links to Australian TV or newspapers?
Cheney is really, really hated. I wonder if he even cares? Probably not.

7. It's the worst time for Cheney to visit Australia
Edited on Thu Feb-22-07 05:32 PM by malaise
The population is against Howard; they are pissed about Hicks and the (until recently) invincible Australian cricket team has lost five or six games on the trot just before the World Cup next month. What's more several big named players have injuries. This is the perfect combination for chaos in Australia.

11. I wish I was going
But I will be cheering the Blackcaps on, from here in NewZealand. The whole country is really getting excited, I have never seen cricket fever such as this, since the mid 80's.
