Snow storm in New England. Is this God's way of punishing the people of New Hampshire?

If God exists - do you think HE would have a problem with people voting for a woman President?

Personally I am a committed atheist, so the idea of a God who intervenes in our lives is out.

But I was just wondering - what do my "theist" sisters and brothers think about this question?

Sure, God was pissed so He put snow in New England MILLIONS of years ago to spite the NH Democrats for voting for a woman in 2008.

To answer your question, no, I don't think God even sent that snowstorm at all and if so, I sincerely doubt He did because of the NH primary results.

But that didn't stop some people believing that Hurricane Katrina was divine retribution for sexual permissiveness in certain neighbourhoods of New Orleans.

I am one of those people who believes that humor is in the eye of the beholder. Just because I find something funny doesn't necessarily mean that you will too.

My motive here was to lighten the mood during these times of stress and tension.

But it only works for people who have the same weird sense of humor as me! B-)
