1. Who does he propose to block?
Is it just minorities, poor people, registered Democrats, etc.?

(I don't listen to the man, can't stand him - he rates right up there with Rush Limpballs for the biggest losers/liars/hypocrites of all time in my book.)

6. He's right about one thing - no constitutional right to vote for president
But he's absolutely wrong about blocking certain voters.

Because of the current electoral college system, there is no actual constitutional right to vote for president. Each state chooses its electors, and so far every state has awarded its delegates to the winner of that state's election. This is why the whole electoral process needs to be scrapped, and we should move towards a popular vote - with EVERY CITIZEN being allowed to vote.

So, what sort of expertise does Boortz have that makes him such a hot commodity that radio stations all over the country feel compelled to air the views of a man who clearly can't read English?

The 'mouth piece' is playing word games. It is game of semantics. Because it is not 'written,' it is not in the Constitution. Mouth piece is trying to be cute.

Of course one needs to remember the Constitution is the legal document in which the people allow themselves to be governed. The Constitution was designed by the people to tell the government what the government may do in the people's name. The Constitution originally, was not designed by the government to tell the people what they may do.

"Ninth Amendment - Unenumerated Rights

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

"Tenth Amendment - Reserved Powers

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Voting is 'in' the Constitution as a reserved power.
