The average CEO in this country, as of today, has been paid so far this year what the average worker earns in seven years.

1. To get good people you have to pay them

I mean if you cut that in half and pay them only as much as the average worker earns in 3 years you would have no applicants for the job....then where would you be.
You would have to hire Mexican illegals to fill the CEO positions because Americans will not work for a pittance like that.

2. And they have so much skills.

I mean...

They have to stir, not shake the gin, so as not to bruise it.
Golf cart driving is hard work. There's a pedal down there!
You know how hard it is to grab your secretary's ass and not have your wife find out?
All of that and you still have to look good on CNBC.

I couldn't do it by myself. I just don't measure up to that kind of work pressure.:cry:
