Curious about what is going to happen out West (AZ, NM, NV)

when the bottom completely falls out of the housing market and when the recession is full blown? Jobs will be lost. Tourism is going to be hit hard.
Think about how many people flocked to those areas with many working in the banking, entertainment, and mortgage industry--will they leave or what is exactly going to happen to those areas?

1. According to a radio news report today AZ forclosures
are up 93% from last year. It may not be long before the biggest deniers on Wall St. have to admit the problem is severe.

3. This is the winter season in Yuma and when I go shopping I
don't see people in the stores like there used to be this time of year. Things are slow!!!

Seems people will let it all take one last ride on the big win...

at least, that's what has happend historically...

your guess is as good as mine...

I wonder what a ghost town would look like full of empty rotting skyscrapers...nevada has a history of that, too...I'm referring to ghost towns that were once THE place to be in their day...
