Isn't that what the people in the government like to tell US about our PRIVACY?
Well guess what, now it applies to those administering and counting the votes. Gosh, it's awfully complicated to explain to us commoners how the touch screens work.... burning another memory card and inserting it when one goes bad.. How those electronic impulses are translated into nice yellow and white numbers on our TV screens to tell us who won and by how much. How they can re-count these votes accurately, to make sure they counted them correctly in the first place. How they can be sure that the paper ballots got scanned correctly. How they can be sure nobody messed with anything while it was hidden away from public view in the hands of private companies (who of course had NO interest in the end results). It's complicated stuff. Really sucks when some spoiler that only got 3% of the vote asks for a recount. Shouldn't we just TRUST that they did it right?
Well guess what... if they don't have anything to hide, they shouldn't be worried.
Turnabout's fair play.
Good luck, New Hampshire.
