dental office and asking the question: If it comes down to a choice between Hillary and Barak, (I love the way we call 'our' folks by their first names, as though we have a personal relationship - but that's a post for another time) whom do we vote for?

I deflect the question, ask them if they've seen the latest debate or whatever...but it's true, the Party is choosing it's Prom Date and having problems.

Just thought I'd let people know what's going on in the clinical trenches.

My Rethugs 'respect' me for my political beliefs which I don't 'sell' them unless they challenge me. most of them know better to do that b/c generally:

1. they know I'm morally fully defensible as a Health Care Professional.

2. they know I'm gonna be coming at them with a 2 1/2 inch needle shortly.

Either Way, I win.

I get stunned silence...as though he never occurred to them.

i will tell you one thing which I do for every G.E. since 1980...I say to my working-class Philly folks (almost universally Dem): look, I dont' ask much of you but I will ask you this - make sure that you and your family are registered to vote and make sure that all of you and your friends VOTE in the election. and make sure that you vote your interests as a working-class individual.

14. Good for you. That's the right response, IMO. But I don't think we're having

a real problem - we have 3 choices that are largely similar and we're hashing out the details. We could be in a much worse position than that.
